Check-in from 4 p.m./Check-out by 11 a.m.

Contact us if you have any special request in order to check the different availabilities.

Our check-in is carried out personally giving you the keys or entering with a personal code, any option will be notified and agreed before your arrival.

In case of access with personal code, you find the keys on the dining table and you can get in touch with us for any doubt or explanation, assistance or just some suggestions or info about your holiday.

At the check-in time we ask you to leave the keys on the same table, to gather your rubbish and throw it out before leaving.

All items and personal effects left or forgotten in the apartments after the expiry of the rental period will be collected and deposited with the competent authorities

Siesta time and neighbours respect: we kindly ask you to comply with the rest time of our neighbours from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Smoking is prohibited in the house, you can do it on the terrace always having care of your neighbours and without throwing any cigarette end in the street.

The maximum number of guests, kids included, is 4 people.

Unaccompanied minors are not admitted.

Pets are not allowed , only for special needs as for seeing-eye dogs.

Water is potable and desalinated but non recommended to drink

Is forbidden to throw absorbents or tissues or other objects in the toilet to avoid possible clogging whose solution will be borne by the tenants

Before your arrival you must send us a copy of all guests’ identity card in order to give it,  in its turn, to the “Guardia Civil” according to the municipal regulations.

Damages and breakages must be notified as soon as they occur to make an evaluation and avoid excessive charges.

With the purpose of respecting the environment, please separate the waste and throw the different items (glass, plastic and paper) in their specific bins and we also ask you to not drop any object or any personal hygiene product in the toilet to allow the proper disposal.
